Amsterdam-inspired frites. Made in Vienna. Cut fresh each morning, fried twice, salted from height and handed over within seconds.
Golden Frites puts fries where they belong — right at the center of the counter, the table and the order.

Six steps, roughly twenty-four hours, one result. This is the part most places skip.
Step 01

One variety, chosen with care. Nothing frozen, nothing pre-cut, nothing anonymous.
Step 02

Thick Dutch cut, made fresh every morning by hand. The shape is part of the taste.
Step 03

Patient and unhurried. No colour yet — this part is all about the soft inside.
Step 04

Time to rest. The pause is the quiet secret behind the crust.
Step 05

Fried again, only once you order. Loud crust, steam still inside.
Step 06

Salted from height, shaken, served right away. If it waits, it doesn't leave the counter.
Three · Signature Frites

Our loudest fry. Black truffle mayo poured warm, parmesan shaved over the top until you lose sight of the frites.

Molten cheddar that reaches the bottom of the cone, with samurai sauce for the heat behind it.

The original, exactly as it is eaten on the street in Amsterdam. Frites sauce, curry, raw red onion. Nothing invented.

The same street classic, fully plant based. Vegan frites mayo, curry, raw red onion.

Amsterdam — where it starts
In the Netherlands, frites are not an afterthought served next to something else. They are the order. A window, a paper cone, a fork, a sauce you argue about.
We took that idea — the seriousness, not the souvenirs — and gave it a Vienna address on Neubaugasse.

Vienna — where it lands
A little taste of the Netherlands.
Frites are only part of Dutch snack culture. From crispy croquettes to cheese-filled classics, we bring some of our favorite Dutch bites to Vienna.
